HSEZON AI principle: AI assists. The user reviews, edits, verifies and approves before safety-critical content is used.
1. Core principle
HSEZON uses AI as a productivity and drafting aid for selected HSE workflows. AI is not a competent person, approving authority, regulator, engineer, medical professional or substitute for physical verification of site conditions.
2. Intended AI uses
Depending on the features available to your account, AI may help draft observations, inspection content, risk assessments, toolbox talks, training material, incident-support content, safety guidance, photo-based observations and other HSE information.
3. Human and professional review
Users must independently check AI-assisted output before relying on it. This includes verifying hazards, controls, risk ratings, work methods, competency, equipment, PPE, emergency arrangements, isolation requirements and other safety-critical details.
AI output is not automatically an approved HSE document. A professional-looking response can still contain errors or omit important hazards.
4. Prohibited or inappropriate AI use
- Do not use AI as the sole authorization to start or continue hazardous work.
- Do not deliberately request fabricated inspection results, incident facts, signatures, approvals or evidence.
- Do not use AI to bypass required competent-person, permit, engineering or supervisory controls.
- Do not rely on AI instead of emergency procedures where immediate action is required.
- Do not use HSEZON AI for unlawful, abusive or unauthorized purposes.
5. Legal references, standards and project facts
Users must verify laws, standards, clause numbers, client requirements, permit requirements, technical limits and project-specific information. HSEZON AI should not be instructed to invent citations, measurements, approvals, inspection results or project facts. Where exact references matter, use verified source material.
6. AI photo safety analysis
Photo analysis is limited to information reasonably visible in the submitted image. It may miss hidden hazards, conditions outside the frame, atmospheric hazards, equipment status, structural integrity or other factors requiring physical inspection or specialist assessment.
7. Confidential, personal and sensitive information
Do not submit unnecessary personal, medical, confidential client, password, API-key or other highly sensitive information to AI features. Where a photo or document contains people or workplace information, users are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to process and upload it.
8. AI allowances and service limits
AI-assisted functions may have daily or plan-based usage limits to manage service capacity and operating costs. Limits may differ by feature and plan and may change as HSEZON develops. Standard non-AI templates or workflows may be available independently of AI allowances where indicated in the application.
9. Reporting problematic AI output
If an AI response appears unsafe, incorrect or inappropriate, do not rely on it. Correct or discard the content and use the HSEZON Contact page for product feedback where appropriate. Also review the HSE & AI Disclaimer, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Policy review: This policy should be updated as HSEZON adds AI providers, new AI capabilities or materially different processing workflows.
